Are You A Girl?

I got asked this question last night. To clarify, I am 100% pure (well, not exactly pure!), raw, hetrosexual woman in the flesh.

I was hanging with a couple of my guy friends whom I hadn’t drank with in months. We were catching up on what’s been going on in our lives since we last hung out and what we did over our Fourth of July weekend. One of my friends, whom is known for kinda being a player, met a girl a couple weeks ago and hung out with her over his weekend. If you knew this guy and heard his stories from before, you would automatically assume they had sex. Well, they didn’t. He said there is something more there…which is great to hear from his lips, don’t get me wrong.

Pretty much ever since I got out of my long-term relationship last year, I have been one to jump right into bed with a guy. I wouldn’t exactly call my actions the smartest on my part, but they sure have been fun! None of them have been one-night stands, believe it or not (one started out that way but we’ve since seen each other a couple times).

So, I make the comment, “Don’t you want to take a test drive with her in the sack? What if she’s horrible in bed?” That’s when the “are you a girl?” question came up.

Is it bad for a 20-something year-old woman to be so lassaiz-faire when it comes to sexual practices and encounters? I don’t think it is. Honestly, if the guy isn’t worth having sex with again, why would you want to date him or waste any time? I’m sure there are many guys out there that are the sweetest things in the world and a girl can overlook that. I sure as hell can’t! My fear, sometimes you can’t teach a new dog new tricks…

Let's get this straight right now...it's ALWAYS about me!

Well...not always, but most of the time it is about me! At least in my own mind and that's all that matters, right? On that note, I'm gonna take a few minutes to let you know a few zesty snacks and tidbits about me on my venture into this crazy world we call blogging.

-I really do want to be a pin-up girl.
-I am not afraid to voice my thoughts or opinions, whether people want to hear them or not.
-Pepsi, Cherry Coke, cider beers, dirty martinis, mojitos, bloody mary's, cranberry/vodka are my beverages of choice.
-I could eat sushi everyday.
-I love sex. I am not afraid to share my sexual encounters and experiences with others...cause they are usually worth telling/bragging about!
-I've grown a little cockier as the years have gone by.
-I've stripped down to nothing for a Playboy casting call.
-I've been in two serious relationships, one of which was a life-altering experience and turning point in my life on becoming the person I am now.
-Chelsea Handler and Jenna Jameson are my heroes.
-I wish my grandma would have been alive for my teenage years.
-I love my mother and she is one of my best friends.
-I don't know what I would do without my brother.
-Sometimes I think I have ADD.Alright, I'm done talking about myself for now.
